G'day all,
For x-mas last year I was lucky enough to receive the book 'Extreme Brewing' by Sam Calagione. I've already read it a couple times and found it to be very interesting, with quite a few 'extreme beer recipes' (extreme being defined as excessive amounts of traditional ingredients, or using non-traditional ingredients, such as pumpkin, fruits etc.). I was wondering if anyone else has read this book, and if so what there thoughts were on the 'extreme' beers. I think this book has convinced me to start BIAB brewing as soon as I can.
Cheers!
