hi all beer lovers
As a lover of a well hopped ale I decided to start my journey into the realm of home brewing. So I’ve just put down my first batch which is basically a can extract kit put together by Morgan’s to replicate stone and wood pacific ale, the kit comes with a can of pacific ale and a can of wheat malt extract, packet of sa05 American ale yeast 2x galaxy 12g 1x cascade 12g. So directions are to add both cans to the tub add water to 23l pitch yeast when mix is under 24degrees. Dry hop on day 4
Og 1044 fg 1012 it is now on day 4 and stopped bubbling out of the airlock and reading 1014 1015 roughly so I added another packet of sa05 yeast and 150g dried lme to try and get it going and down to 1012. Am I on the right track or should I just start over and dump it down the sink
Cheers Al
