Hi all!
I've been brewing using various techniques for some years, from kit and kilo, to mashing grains using some novel methods when I had a commercial kitchen at my disposal.
Just starting with the BIAB, and so far it looks like a great solution for my current situation. Looking forward to actively brewing again.
I'm currently brewing a couple of slight variations on an ESB, with a hoppy American ale, an oatmeal stout, and possibly a bier de garde on the cards for future brews.
Cheers!
