Looking to make a summer thirst quencher thats easy to drink heaps of pretty much for me and my mates

Type: Extract
20 litres
boil 60 mins

700gram Light dried malt extract
1500gram coopers wheat liquid malt extract
500gram inverted sugar
200gram cane sugar

10gram Nelson Sauvin hops @60 mins
10 gram Nelson Sauvin hops @20 mins
20 grams Nelson Sauvin hops @ 0 mins

US-56

Estimated alcohol 4.69%
IBU 23.7

Any advice the 700grams of dme is cos thats what i have left over the rest i have to get

not sure what effect the inverted sugar will have, will it be watery or just less body/thin because most of my mates like corona's and so on.

PS; i had the knapstein yesterday and didnt mind it but thought it overdid it with the hops flavour making it less drinkable(could only drink a few) will my hop scheduale achieve a nice aroma but not overdone? any advice is welcomed

It looks like you'll make beer :)

That hop schedule should give you what you're looking for.

Only one problem... you missed summer!

Well I hope your mates appreciate the effort you go to. Not only are you making a "corona-styled" beer against your better judgement, but your going to make sure its been aged a long time for a session type beer.

My mates like drinking Draught's and New's so normally make light-bodied beers for them. Age a month in the bottle and they don't complain no matter how ordinary it might be. Though that's probably due to the free factor or they might think I'm fragile ands would break down if they ever told me I brewed rubbish beer.

I hope it goes well, like the idea of the suger in there as well, they probably wouldn't like the heavier body of a full malt beer if there only used to drinking corona's.

For the bees knees use 1/2 cascade and 1/2 NS on the final addition

yer nah its not just for my friends its for my family as well and they like summer beers all year round haha but cheers for the advice
