I'd lower the wheat a bit and chuck in a bit of crystal, but other than that, it looks great!

Yeah, i will lower the wheat and maybe add 2 or 3% HB med crystal, i dont want too much crystal as i have alot of darker ales and lagers on tap atm.

I'd second those ideas. Nelson Sauvin is a strong hop. I love it, but in those quantities I think a bit of crystal underneath will add a little background to the hop flavour.
I think you could leave the wheat as is myself, but dropping it a little won't hurt, say 600/700g instead.
 
IMHO a kilo of wheat is fine in a 40L batch...

I do think the Nelson Sauvin is over the top though, it's very easy to overdo this hop... it rapidly turns a great beer into something quite ordinary.
I'd be looking at 150 to 180gms max.
