2.00kg Light LME
500g Dark LME
20 grams of Perle at %6 for 1hr 15min
10grams of Hallertau - Herbsucker - at around %3 for 1hr
15grams of Cascade at around %5 for 15min
950grams of Brewiser liquid sugar
Safale S-o4 yeast pitched at 24 deg

Boiled 6ltrs of water with 1.5kg of LME, put in an ice bath.

Topped water to 22ltr Mark on Carboy

Ferment at 22 deg

will rack off in a cube and CC untill I get my keg set up.

I will keep you updated on the progress.

Smells GREAT :super:

If you can achieve and maintain a temp of 18/20c with that yeast it will be nice and clean.
Good work on doing an extract brew Its worth the effort. :)
