Msb Ipa Kits & Yeast

I have bought two cans of MSP IPA and was going to brew this with 25g Goldings pellets. Has anyone used these kits? Shouyld I use the supplies Yeast? I generally throw the supplied yeast away and use saf yeasts. What is this yeast like?

The wheat and the Lager used to have "special" yeast the rest of the range had 514.
Fuggle is the traditional hop for an IPA, would I think be a better choice than Goldings.

might try the safale, not so sure about the yeast under the lid, looks like its the same as blackrocks under the lid yeast.
