Motueka Flowers.

I was given a bag of Brewcraft "Motueka" hop flowers.Cant seem to find an aa rating anywhere or what style of beer to use them in and when to add in the boil.Even went to the brewcraft website,but couldn't find motueka there.Wouldn't mind doing a simple extract using these,any idea's or recipes?

A good thing to do with those, would be to get some cascade and make a little creatures bright ale clone.
Or you could make one with all motueka hops.

12g B-Saaz Pellet @ 45 min.
12g Cascade Pellet @ 45 min.
10g B-Saaz Pellet @ 15 min.
10g Cascade Pellet @ 15 min.
18g B-Saaz Pellet @ 0 min.
18g Cascade Pellet @ 0 min.

I Love Motueka one of my favourite hops, try a SMaSH with them.
