Most flexible Coopers kit?

I usually brew AG but I rather fancy the challenge of upcycling a kit.

I would probably reduce the volume and split it into three then modify the separate smaller batches.

All in all what is the most flexible of the Coopers kits?

The idea is to play with the hops, yeast, LME/DME/Candy/fruit additions and possibly steep some grain.

Hi. My guess is that the coopers mexican cerveza can will be one of the more flexible. It's low on bitterness and any hops flavour. I used to used it as a base when I did kits. Good luck.

I used to use the Canadian Blonde a lot, obviously with added specialty malts and hops as a base for a number of beer styles.
The pale starting colour and light hop gives you plenty of options.
As @burrster mentions the cerveza would probably be a good choice for the same reasons.
