Anyone had any luck contacting these guys of late?
I've sent 4 e-mails over the last 6 weeks without acknowledgement or reply.

Ive had the same result no replys to email

I've had problems in the past.
Their email system does a lot of categorising (ie. straight to the Spam blocker), especially if the format of your emails means it gets converted to an attachment along the way through the mail gateways.
For me I ended up getting one of their email addresses (Kent's I think) and emailing him directly in plain text format. PM me if you want me to dig out his address. He looks after all the mail order business.
