Has any one done a partial mash using a can of Morgans youkon smoked brown ale as a base?Would appreciate any feedback with recipie idea's.Have plenty of JW Pilsner Malt,also Wheat & Crystal Malt
Yeh the Last time i made the morgans youkon smoked ale it tasted like smokey bacon and the boys till talk about it.So i thought i would make it again ,but this time add some grain.
