Modify Fire Extinguisher?

I was given a couple of used fire extinguishers that are still in expiry date. Does anyone know a good place to take them for modification and refill in eastern suburbs of Melbourne?

Do a search for fire extinguisher in the forum, you'll find a thread with people providing examples. Otherwise, just ring around. I had trouble with getting someone up in Sydney to do it as many places take the extinguisher off site to have it filled so I just rented a D size 6KG cylinder. Once that's empty I'll be buying one outright.
