I done my second brew i did the Coopers Mexican Cerveza just plan simply how coopers say to do it no hops or anything like that. it did say keep it at 25-27deg but i read on here cause its a Larger yeast to keep it low so i got it about 18deg and was fermenting for 2 weeks OG was 1030 FG was 1010.
it been bottle for about 2 weeks now and i open 1 up and i cant say i was too happy with it (it tasted crap) i even put lemon in it and still crap didn't taste so much inflected but then again i neva tried inflected beer tho.
will the taste get any better over time i uploaded photos of the bottle there is white crap down the bottom im guessing thats the priming sugar tho will that clear up and is the colour alrite for a cerveza i was expecting a little clearer the beer
