First brew was done last nite using the BB pale malt.

Smelt nice and looks the goods so far.

300g Weyermann Light munich
200g BB wheat
100g Weyermann Carapils
100g Wyermann Carahell

20 Northerbrewer 9.1% 60mins
20g Saaz 15 mins
20 Saaz 1 min
