Thats interesting <_< I have never encountered this phenomenon before. How would a longer mashout improve efficiency as all ezyme activity should be denatured if a correct temp mashout is done? I dont doubt what your saying just wondering if anyone else has noticed the same thing.In summary, the longer the mash out, the better efficiency I get.
