Steve in the first link you posted it states under the ingrediants list, it list's the use of "dry enzyme".

question.... WTF is it..... I thought it might be refering towards wirlfloc but cant be sure.

dont worry about it....its some sort of clearing agent I think..... Its different from whirlfloc. You can use whirlfloc if you want. Add it at last 15-10 minutes of the boil
