I was lucky enough to win an instant read thermometer in the recent Inkbird giveaway.

Haven’t had chance to use it yet but looks the part

Well done Mud13, I have one of their earlier models and find it is reasonably accurate, I was just calibrating two dial thermometers today using boiling water and I also checked the Inkbird digital thermometer. It came in at 100.5 degrees.
