Hey guys,

So I love the Stone and Wood Pacific Ale because of the passionfruit notes you get on your palate after you've had a few. However, I'm not a big fan of the wheat malt.

I was hopping to make an Ale with moderate bitterness that really shows the galaxy. Furthermore, I've tracked down some galaxy flowers and was thinking of including them in a dry hop!

I was hoping to get something that kind of crosses between an amber ale, IPA and pale ale... If that makes any sense to you at all!

As I said, I'd love to make the passionfruit notes of the galaxy pretty dominate in the brew.

I'm a newbie so so far I've just been looking at recipes, but I can't really find one that incorporates these ideas!

What do you guys think! I'm hoping for ingredients (malts grains hops) as well as boil times, steep times and dry hopping times. Also I have a 35L plastic fermentor, a 15L plastic fermentor, and a 23L glass carboy. Let me know what you think I should use for primary/secondary if that process should be incorporated at all.

I'll be interested to see what you guys think!

Cheers.
