Thanks Mate, using this has coincided with me trying to add salts and brewing with more bittering hops. So its a little difficult to diagnose the issue. Thanks for your help though.

Has someone explained the Jelly Bean jar to you??
Every time you have *** before marriage put one jelly bean into the jar, then after marriage every time you have *** eat one jelly bean... You will never empty the jar!!!

I had same prob you are describing. What i did was change yeast? Wether it was a bad batch of us-05 or not i dont know but soon as i used a diff yeast the aftertaste went. Try a diff yeast.?
