Dont know that particular recipe, but have a crack at a special bitter that is all East Kent Goldings. That will get you close (and probably better)

0.22kg Bairds Dark Crystal (5%)
30 IBU EKG at 60min
20g EKG at 20 min
20g EKG at 0 min
English Ale Yeast (I use Wyeast 1318)
37 IBU total
1048 OG
