Mate, I use anything from EKG to NZ hops to Hallertau, depending on my mood and drunkenness. You want an AIPA, I think you've got one! Looks hoppalicious!!!11!!one!!!11!!!

I don't brew to style, I brew to taste. My hop additions aren't to a stopwatch, either. I just start belting in a handful now, another then, and if Scotty is around he throws some in when I'm not looking as well. When you have a big malty backbone to carry hops, just go for it. Best go easy at 20 mins and heavier at <5mins, in my experience, if you're using high alpha. Remember newguy's 65/35 rule.

Thats great to hear, I look at alot of recipes and try work out what they are doing with their hopping, this Topic has given me some good answers...

You were saying when you No-Chill, that you do a 60 and 0 min, do you also dryhop in the fermenter to boost aroma??

CB :icon_cheers:

Rarely dry-hop. I'm happy with what I get from the whirlpool addition mostly. 1 or 2g per litre depending on the hop and the brew. Most of my beers are generic pale ale, so tons of aroma doesn't matter too much to me. Even the IPA in front of me right now has enough taste and aroma without dry hopping.
