Can I use a lager yeast in a pale ale so I can brew in my fridge in the winter at lower temps and do I just Cary on like I was brewing with ale yeast or do I have to condition my bottles longer

What exact temperature are you talking about? Below 8 degrees most lager yeast will go to sleep.

If you can keep the temperature between 10-14 degrees then you should be fine with the pale ale kit. The bottle carbonation might take a little longer due to the lower temperature.

I have been using a temp control all summer but now its cooler at night the fridge keeps dropping below the 18c i have set so want to set that to 12c and maybe brew all winter with lager yeast i can still condition my bottles in the shed just want to keep making beer and have a heap coopers pale ale kits

Nottingham ale yeast will ferment nicely at 14 degrees. I've had it running lower.
It's also cheap and abundantly available.
