If it is then too heady, its the line being too short (or an overly warm tap). Ifr there are bubbles in the line, then the line is too long. boom boom,. finished. One of two things, end of story. Changing either the temperature, or the regulator, throws this balance out, and introduces guesswork into the equation....
I was thinking of cutting about 300 mil of the line, but I figured that I'd probe a bit to see. I'll say 1.72 metre line. I'll use the same gasing pressure and drinking pressures through out.

I haven't been able to test the refigerator for high-Low variables in tempertures yet, working 7 days over 3 wks.
