Just Juice Cider

I rushed home and bought a kilo of Granny smiths and juiced them in the Breville plus a cupful of sultanas ( could not find any rasins for tannin and made the biggest bloody mess took a lot of cleaning the machine put that in the brew plus a 100grams of dried malt extract boiled .
It is a hungry old brew this hope it turns out !!!

Oztops have a shop on eBay. You can pick up both their yeasts for $5 sent in an envelope. Bought some a few night ago so haven't tried them yet - but maybe worth a thought.

Just an update on myJust juice cider , it is fermented out and the taste is quite pleasant not strong flavours , It should be very drinkable as a refreshing drink when it carbonates lost much of its Apple juice flavour ,

I think it will be quite strong although not noticable in sample taken
