Issues with 2nd hand CO2 tanks?

My search for cheap CO2 continues...

What should I be aware of if I look at a second hand CO2 tank? I believe there's an in-test period (10 years?) but beyond that?

Id just buy a new one. I got my 2.6 for $150 brand new full delivered to my door or you can go a 6kg for $200 eBay. Thats about as cheap as they come and are brand new
