Is this thing keg/ bar related?

I found this outside my house in the gutter today, the closest i can think of its some sort of tap quick connector that would be attached to a font.

Other that that, i'm buggered to know what this thing is.

Edit, it fits over the keg posts alright.

Yeah mate, it’s been snapped off a beer Font. Probably unscrew and keep the snaplock fitting.

I thought so, submitted it to reddit and they seem to think its a coax connector even though it clearly has to electrics in it.
