Hi all, I'm new to this forum after reading numerous & informative posts. I live on Macleay island just off the coast of south Brisbane. Whilst i have been home brewing for 6-7 years I'm starting to realise there is much much more to learn. I'm about to invest in a Stainless steel fermenter (though not yet ready to go into pressure fermentation) & increase my focus on cleanliness and sanitisers after having numerous failed brews in recent times.
