What's wrong with the pic?
It looks like homebrew as opposed to megaswill and has a bit of head. Looks pretty realistic for what a lot of people are drinking.
Having said that, it could be good value or a complete waste of time depending on what's in the course and who is presenting it. It talks about extract and specialty grains which is OK but as we know BIAB is really no harder and probably makes better and cheaper beer.
