Hi everyone. I'm a new member and a novice at home brewing. Have made a few batches just from recipe kits. I now will have some extra time on my hands so looking forward of learning more.
I have a question about the shelf life of beer kits, yeast and grain. I have some lying around that I bought to make an Australian Pale Ale, that is at least 12 months old. Can I use it or should I toss it?
