G'day
I've so far made (with the help of a friend) a very nice cinnamon and clove stout which we called “the red bird”. I've got a 1 year old girl so its not so easy to make the time to make beer.
Tomorrow I'm fixing to put up a larger spiced with rosemary and orange zest from a can of the Brigalow larger goo I got with the home brew starter kit. I got it for my birthday so I thought I might as well use it to experiment with.
I'm chiefly interested in experimenting with herbs, spices and culinary ingredients.
