Impulsive Ebay Buy

I grabbed this off eBay germany. I did not realise until after it ended (for less than 4 euros!) that there must be something seriously wrong with them?

Could one of the German speaking people give me a better translation of what the auction says? From babbelfish's translation I read nothing that concerned me.

Also if anyone knows where to get whatever parts I may need to repair/rebuild them could you please let me know?

According the blurb they are fully functioning and a guestimated 1/2 inch thread.

caveat emptor applies otherwise, but worth a gamble at that price.
