co2 bottle's have to be empty..

CO2 bottles need to comply with AS to get refilled.
You will get it in, but may not get it filled.

I looked at buying kegs from USA .... postage was the killer.

Make sure you get a postage quote before committing.

Why this is confounds me. You think they'd at least ask for GST.
