this is my recipie so far, goin for a darker colour as i prefer it personally although its a lil out of style, but I also need a lil more malt complexity due to the use ov a decent whak ov white sugar so these grains should be about right, need a bt of help with this as its not sumthing ive attempted before, anyone got anything wrong they can see with this intensley aromativc beer?

hard to read, does it say 3g of Magnum for 60min 6.5IBU?

Reading your recipe is a bit of a challenge spose you cut and pasted to end up with that. Cannot really make a lot of sense from it.

Sugar one pkg. is that 1kg or what.?

Like the Manta Ray avatar though.

Jeez will have to repost that, just copy pasted from beersmith in a rush before work, i'll go find the recipie so i can make it easier on the eyes etc...

GDay Drewcfer, I tried carafa once in an AIPA, added 50g to a 50L batch for the color and it was the only beer I ever made that I couldn't drink, it just didn't fit at all. :icon_vomit: About 250g medium xtal would be more like it for 15L. Heres jamils base for extract IIPA if its any help, cheers
