G'day All,
I'm a relatively new brewer (started in September) with a hand-me down kit from a mate who has been brewing for about 5-6 years. I've enjoyed sampling his homebrews but didn't have the space until we bought a place to have my own setup. Since September things have esclated going to Partial All Grain with my second brew, and now this past weekend doing two all grain brews back to back with a mate (OatMeal Stout and a Amber Ale). I've lurked on here once or twice when I was researching but figured it was time to step out of the shadows and contribute. I'm based in Sydney, and am currently up to batch 18-19 and have brewed a bit of a mixture of beers and ciders.
