Hey!
I was lucky and got some bottles of Kellerbier (don't know the english expession - very fresh beer after fermentation and before lagering). I would like to get the yeast out of it and cultivate it for one of my next beers.
Up till now I've done this only with wheat beer (from the sediment) or homebrew. What would you prefer? Take some yeast from the sediment in the bottle or use the suspension? Cultivation with agar culture medium or fresh wort?
Alex
edit: it's a bottom fermentation yeast
