Probably best answered by the hardcore chemists on the board, but if it's pure sodium percarbonate you're essentially adding hydrogen peroxide (a strong oxidant) and soda ash (has various uses but has been used in things like tooth paste).
The peroxide will probably rapidly reduce away to water and something, the soda ash might push up the pH, which could create a perceptible taste change, but unlikely in tiny quantities.
I guess the questions are "how much is 'some'?" as you state and is it pure or perhaps the lemon scented laundry variety?
I personally would ferment it out and taste it, but I don't like wasting beer
Are we talking neat or a dilution ?
I -believe- it will break down in beer particularly a large quantity of beer which is acid ( I am pretty sure sp is an alkaline)
