i have a blonde AG in a cube, no head space as its a 20 litre cube with about 22 liters in it, so its full right up to the cap,
havent got room in my fermenting fridge for about a week so will this be ok in the cube for that length of time.

+ Every time..

I brew 4 cube batches and often store cubes for a month or 2, sometimes longer, I have never had any noticeable effects....

In fact, flying out on a limb here, but I reckon a bit of cube aging can do it some good - absolutely no science/physical understanding of why or how but just what my taste buds reckon!

Cheers

FWK Cubes from Craftbrewer come with a best before of 2 years from memory.

I've had cubes sit all summer. In November, I think "I'll squeeze in one more before it gets too warm", then for some reason don't quite get there, a few days later, the weather has warmed up too much. It then sits till March, or even April. All been ok so far.
