Hop Utilization In Converted Recipe

Hi Guys,

I'm converting a partial mash recipe which does a 3/4 volume boil for 60 minutes to AG with full volume boil for 90 mins. Can anyone give me an idea of how much I need to reduce the hop quantities by to achieve the same IBU?
