Hi Guys,

I have the following hops at my disposal:
Hersbrucker 2.2%
Cascade 5.8%
Target 9%
EKG 4.2%
Amarillo 9%.

Which of the above would work well together in an ale using Coopers or WLP013 London Ale yeasts?

Cheers,

Michael

English yeast = english hops imho. So target and ekg, singly or in combination. Amarillo and cascade are good together (or individually) in american ales. Cascade is apparantly starting to become more accepted in English style beers in smallish amounts. (not entirely sold on this myself, yet....but have determined that I will try it)

Even Cascade or Amarillo with Hersbrucker will work quite well.
