Hop Back After Fermentation

Can you use a hop back after fermentation? I have a two canster filter i was going to put the filter in the first canister and then fill the second canister with hop flowers and then filter my beer as per normal. Would this work? Or does the wort have to be hot to gain the benefits?

what your talking about is called a randel

would be best to flush with c02 first. SHould work fine though....and it will pick up a hell of a lot of hop flavour/aroma on its way through.

Or you could just go with the poor mans version :lol: .....link
