I just put this down

- 1 can Coopers Ginger Beer kit
- 1kg raw sugar
- 500g Capilano Honey
- 2 cinnamon sticks

I tasted it out of the tube i used for a hydrometer reading and it has a very nice honey note to it, that I expect will probably fade with fermentation.
Obviously no cinnamon taste yet, but any idea if 2x 5cm-ish cinnamon sticks will give any noticeable flavor at all? I have a few more sticks that I can add later.

Thanks
David

(Edit: Just realised this should be on the "Non Beer Brewing" board)

Yeah that'll work. I wouldnt put any more cinnamon in as you want a hint, not an overbearing flavour of it.

ps: Do a search for ginger beer on these forums. There are dozens of threads and hundreds of recipes. Read through them and you'll get a good idea of what and how much to put in...
