Anyone got experience with this kit? Havent done a kit in ages but it was only 4.50 a can at woolies.
I was thinking of doing something like this

BELGIAN BLONDISH ALE
2 x homebrew lager tin
1kg vienna
250g+/- dex
15g williamette at FO
safale t-58
20L

I hope to get it to around 6-7% abv so I will adjust the sugar accordingly
Adding hops at end of the boil to add a dash of flavour not bitterness

Cheers guys

John.

I personally did a Brown Ale with the woolies kit, some munich goo and a motley crue of different spec malts. Turned out very well, and was an eye opener for me regarding the benefits of processes we learn as AG brewers being reverted back to Kit brews with very good results.

Do a google search for home brand knk comp - there was one about 6 months ago, that should steer you right.
