I'm looking at conducting my second BIAB this weekend and after putting down Dr's Golden Ale without issues, i am looking to move onto replicating a house favorite.
From the Holegate website, i can see that the hop profile consists of NZ Selson Sauvin, Amarillo and Citra whilst the base malt is Australian Vienna.
I know the IBU is 26.5 and OG is 1.042 with and ECB of 10.
Can anyone suggest what the gain bill and hop schedule would be?
I put something together last night in beersmith however i dont have it on my work computer.
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
