Hi,

Just saying G'Day. I've been brewing for about 6 month now, all-grain from the get go and I'm interesting in entering competitions to start getting some feedback. Can anyone give me some advice or direct me to a good competition calendar?

LOL, I meant what system do you use. I do BIAB, am looking at going down the eBIAB route.

If you don't shop at Cheeky Peak already then you're either mad or don't know it's there. Talk to some of the friendly folk and they might be able to point you in the right direction for comps. Also check out the Facebook group (Albury/Wodonga brew club) for like-minded local hobbyists like myself.

I go into the mash tun cooler but no sparge.
