Hi all, I am new to brewing, my mate has been doing it for years, it's a bit daunting but am keen to learn.
I have a starter kit with cube with 1 keg at the moment.

My brew shop guy had a keg of the black rock pale ale in his shop, which tasted awesome, so that is what I am going with to get started.
He is on holidays at the moment so I am flying blind to some degree.

I will get involved in the forums to gain some more knowledge which will be great.

I am keen to know how long to leave the beer in the cube in the fridge before I keg it,

Did you get a hydrometer with the kit?
What ingredients went into the brew and what temperature is it sitting at?
