So just got my first coopers home brew kit and currently on day two of a dark ale.

Got it sitting nicely at 21c

Pretty exciting stuff.

Hey how's things? New here too, about to put on a Morgan's Australian Old dark.
Did you use sugars? dark malt? or a mix....
Ive got 1kg dark malt along with the Old dark ale can. Pretty excited too! Was wondering if it was worth doing the lager provided in the home brew kit as a trial before I try this dark one though...

I just used the coopers dark ale 1.7kg can and brew enhancer 3 which I believe is a collection of sugars.

Been carbonating for a week now. Looking forward to tasting soon.

Set it at 18c if you have the means.

Yep. like koshari says 18C will give you a cleaner result if you can keep it around that.
