I have been away from the beautiful Sunny Coast for 5 weeks now. I'm fermenting away here in Melbourne at about 11 degrees...... :beerbang: I think I am turning into a lager......

Will I be ok when I go back to Qld in 2 weeks time, or will I have to up my yeast content?????

Has been pretty cold here too, 8 - 18 had a couple of days recently with max of 13
