Help With Some Taps

Hi Guys,
Can anyone tell me the brand of this tap ? I think it may be an andale.



Also is it possible to get a rebuild kit ( O rings ) for the tap and adaptors in the pic below?

Thanks for the help.
I bought them off eBay a couple of years back. Some one was cleaning out a pub basement. Have been great until recently

Now I know the brand I have found a it easy to source spares.
