Hey,

Been racking my brain the last few days trying to come up with a dunkel weizen recipe. I've come up with a bit of a hybrid of Jamils and my own. Im not too confident creating my own recipes so I find the best way is to "tweak" proven examples. Please give me any thoughts.....will ferment with 3068 and aim for about 17 IBU.
