I've just started the boil on my Dr Smurtos AG.
The recipe called for 1g/l of Amarillo at 0 mins. Is this the pre or post boil volume that is usually referred too.
I've got 55 mins left until either 29 or 25g go in.

Generally at 0 mins means at the end of your 60 minute or 90 minute boils.

post boil volume. If you are going for a 23L batch into your fermenter then add 23g Amarillo.

Edit: but 4 extra grams of amarillo will make SFA difference anyway. I'd throw in 50grams, but that's just me :)

Thanks for the replies.
Didn't think it would make much difference, just wanted to check. Might just chuck in 30g. I added 38g at the 60min mark to get 31 IBU as suggested by Dr Smurto.

don't let me sway you. As a general rule I try to always stick with the recipe I have created and resist last minute changes on brew day.
